I have to actually hold the button down for the window to stay down.

I tried to buy the window module via online and found that there is an investigation going on by nhtsa.
It won t go all the way to the top.
My driver s side window stopped working on my 97 blazer.
I opened the window module and found that the driver s side power window switch was burned.
Or for a couple of days and then not at all.
Usually if it s the motor it will overheat and stop working partially roll down and stop then after a while it will work again and move the window another inch or two.
If it is making noises then you probably have a broken window regulator.
When he turns the key on it gets very hot.
Driver side window will work when it wants.
The affected window may start working again after the motor cools off.

It ll go up to about an inch or two from the top.

I know i probably need a new motor or regulator but i was wondering if there s anyway i can manually pull the window up instead of leaving it down for the time being.

The rely fuse is a silver rectangle two prong fuse.
